Your account
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use Poof lawfully. Users retain ownership of submitted content and grant Poof a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it to operate the service. By creating an account or signing in, users agree to these terms.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Poof. Users may not post, send, or share content that is sexually explicit or pornographic, violent, graphic, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, or that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers a minor. Users may not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate, or otherwise abuse another person. Using Poof for any of this is a breach of these terms.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Any photo, caption, comment, or profile can be reported from the menu on it, and any user can be blocked from their profile so they can no longer reach the person who blocked them or see their photos. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed, and the accounts responsible lose access to Poof — suspended or permanently terminated, at Poof's sole discretion and without refund. Poof may act on a violation whether or not it was reported.
Acceptable use
Users may not upload unlawful or infringing material, bypass security controls, scrape the service, automate abusive activity, or interfere with other users.
Service and disclaimers
Scheduled drops and notifications may be delayed by device, network, platform, or provider conditions. Poof is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Future paid features will display their price and applicable terms before payment; development mock purchases have no monetary value.
